  • Moles, Skin Tags & Warts Removal
Moles (nevi) are pigmented growths on the skin that occur when melanocytes, or pigmented skin cells, cluster together. These growths typically have a brown color and may have hair. Moles are generally soft and have a broad base that extends deep into the skin. They often develop in sun-exposed areas like the arms, face, back, and torso. While most moles are harmless, they can sometimes be unsightly or cause irritation.
Warts are skin growths caused by a virus known as the human papillomavirus (HPV). With over a hundred types of HPV affecting the skin, these growths usually arise from areas of broken skin. HPV triggers rapid growth of the top layer of skin, resulting in warts. They typically have a rough texture and may appear anywhere on the body. Warts are colorless unless formed on pigmented skin.
Skin Tags are small, soft growths that protrude from the skin, often caused by friction. These growths may resemble tiny flaps and can become more pronounced with continued friction. Skin tags are usually colorless but can take on the color of the surrounding skin. Common locations include the neck, armpits, groin, and other body folds. While generally harmless, they can sometimes cause discomfort by snagging on clothing or jewelry.
